Windows 10: New gamepad controller works properly only when wired, not with included dongle

Hi. I recently bought a Beitong Asura 2 Pro controller from Amazon, and it was working great for the first few days, I had no complaints. However, a big reason I got this particular model is because it came with a wireless dongle that lets me play wirelessly. As I play on a laptop and have to move to different locations to play frequently, not having to deal with a wired connection is essential. Yesterday, the dongle suddenly stopped working properly; the controller appears to connect, but my PC won't register any input from it. I assumed that it was just out of battery and plugged it in via t

Gamepad controller not syncing


I have a XEOX Pro Analog Gamepad - Wireless - for PC.


I keep having to pull the dongle out and put it back in for the gamepad to sync once synced i can turn the gamepad on off and it works no problem, but once i shut the computer down and turn it back on i have to pull the dongle out and put it back in to synce it again.


Any ideas what could be wrong? (using win 10)

 

dualshock 3 gamepad from not working properly on a game

Tried to fix a dualshock 3 gamepad from not working properly on a game.

Tried SCP Toolkit and x360ce, works on some games.

Tried a fix (changing the gamepad driver to a USB input device). Didn't
work.

Then I tried to change the gamepad driver from to its default multiple times. Didn't
work.

Tried to reset my laptop as a last resort to reset the drivers. reset failed
("problem occured no changes were made" pop-up)

Controller is still recognized by the system (as PS3 gamepad) but there is no controller
in the game controller settings pop up.

I think i messed up my drivers and my system.

What should I do?

Just to clarify, are you using a WiFi dongle to connect to the internet instead of the built in WiFi adapter of your device? Or are you using a desktop PC and is the WiFi dongle to connect to the internet? For now, what we can suggest is to follow all of
