    Hi,

I got my new PC last wednesday. Everything worked fine till I was greeted by a BSOD on startup saturday. I read online that one single BSOD is not a cause to worry, but if it happens again there might be something wrong. So yesterday it happened again, the same error, and now I am really worried that maybe even the new hardware could be faulty.

I already checked the Ram with the Windows Memory Tool, as well as checked the SSD. No problems could be found. I also did the sfc check. No issues.

This is the link to the crash dumps:

    https://1drv.ms/u/s!AoHRD6DCzxBkheMuGY-QtPW3HUQ7lw?e=65zJce

This is link to the MSInfo-File:

    https://1drv.ms/u/s!AoHRD6DCzxBkheMuGY-QtPW3HUQ7lw?e=65zJce

    And this is my system:

    Prozessor: Intel® Core™ i5-9600KF 6x 3.70 GHz
Prozessorkühler: be quiet! Pure Rock 2 Schwarz 150W
Arbeitsspeicher: 16 GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance LPX schwarz DIMM Kit 3200 MHz 2x 8 GB
    Grafikkarte: 6 GB NVIDIA® GeForce® RTX™ 2060 KFA² OC
Mainboard: MSI MPG Z390 GAMING PLUS Chipsatz: Z390 / ATX
    M.2 SSD: 1 TB M.2 PCIe x4 - ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro NVMe SSD
    Netzteil: 750 Watt - Corsair TX750M - 80+ Gold / Teilmodular
Betriebssystem: Windows 10 Home 64Bit OEM inkl. Installation

    Things i did and added:

    - I bought a Logitech G502 hero mouse and installed the GHub software to control the mouse settings

    - I already owned a Logitech G533 headset and connected this to my pc via the USB-dongle and the GHub software as well.

    - I installed the GPU control tool Xtreme Tuner 2 from the manufacturer of my graphics card, but replaced it with MSI Afterburner to control the GPU fan with a custom fan curve.

    - I installed Steam and some games.

    - I installed GOG Galaxy and some games.

    - I installed the Battlenet launcher and some games.

    - I have WIndows 10 Home and could not use the FPS counter of the Microsoft Game Bar application, so I followed a guide to add my account to the Performance Log Users Group, which enabled me to see my fps through the performance category.

Any help or suggestions are very appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Andreas

    Hey there Luddle_Pudde!

Evan here an Independent Adviser here to address your issue.

It sounds to me that there may most likely be an issue with one of your memory sticks. I would suggest attempting to first run a memory diagnostic test.

The steps to do so can be found on this website:
    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

When you say you purchased memory sticks, did you replace all the ram in your system or just some?

Also, if you had just recently purchase memory sticks. We know one thing for certain: that the memory sticks you just purchased are working optimally.

Therefore, I would suggest removing your old memory sticks if the above test doesn't come back with any errors. If your games work without any crashing,

My hunch is that this is a ram issue. Have you also attempted to re-install all your drivers for Nvidia?
