Windows 10: New Hard drive made my pc slow on windows 10

I got a new hard drive and downloaded windows 10 everything works fine but I cant download or upload 90% of things. and the ones I can its painstakingly slow, like days at a time to download a or upload a video. I checked my download speed and its 310 mbps. I even reset windows but i have the same problem. all my drivers are up to date and I have 850GB of storage free and my ethernet cord is working just fine. how can I fix this?

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Reinstall Windows 10 to new hard drive

• Are you trying to reinstall Windows 8 or Windows 10?
• If you already upgraded to Windows 10, were you able to create a new copy of the recovery drive?

Slow hard drive

I don't know how it slows it down, I just know that windows goes crazy if I have my USB drive in my computer while trying to boot windows *Laugh :laugh:. And I got the list trick off of Wazzledoozle.
