Windows 10: new harddrive wont boot windows 10 or show all storage

i got a new hard drive from ebay says it came with windows 10 i hook it up doesnt boot windows tries to repair it had trouble so i made a usb flash drive boot with windows 10 got it to finally launch windows but now i dont know why the file explorer only shows 110gb of my 1tb hard drive in disk manager it shows 930gb in the partition section but its not black or unnallocated its blue why cant i get it to boot the computer or show all my storage

new harddrive but old harddrive wont work

PC crashed so bought new hard drive, westgate 500. Old harddrive is westgate 400.(power supply 550). New harddrive is working slot one when old hardrive is connected slot 4 pc won't boot windows, unless old is disengaged. Would like to retrieve data from old harddrive. I have tried f2, esc, delete when booting to activate bios options but this don't work. It is phoenix bios. Would be grateful for any responses , thank you in advance.

 

Boot Emergency!

No it doesnt show. Only my OS drive.

Its there and it says it running and normal.

Anyway I just had the same boot problem on reboot. Everything was fine 10 minutes ago. Now it wont boot without my manually selecting the drive.
