Windows 10: New HP Laptop dies very fast

So I got an HP laptop a few months ago and it was working perfectly until some days ago that the battery started to run out very fast and I used it at work where I didn't bring a charger so it was kinda frustrating, My kids downloaded this game called "Roblox" and after that, it started dieing in 40% it was good at only 100% it stayed on 100% for a long time but then it started getting lower and lower every 10 second's and I wanted to know that if it was for the game because the laptop I bought wasn't for gaming, and yeah or if it has any other problem thank you and bye.

HP Envy X2 Laptop Critical Process Died in Windows 10

Have a HP Envy X2 laptop with Windows 10. When I power it on it:

1. Goes into Preparing Automatic Repair state with the HP logo and spinning dots below it.
   
2. Then goes into the Blue screen of death stating Critical Process Died.
   
3. After about a couple of minutes the HP logo reappears with the spinning dots (but no automatic repair message)
   
4. Finally the laptop shuts down.
5. I attempt to power it on again, then it repeats the previous steps.

So I cannot get into Windows 10. I've tried getting into safe mode but was unsuccessful.

I have the Windows 10 media file on an USB drive. Can someone advise me how do I install a clean copy of Windows during the boot up process? Or at least get into safe mode?

 

Suggest new laptop/notebook

I haven't seen laptop from Xiaomi.. are they good? Which model?

I liked hp pavilion 360x series..suggest similar in other good brands..

I don't know why everyone hates hp so much? I have used 3 laptops from hp in last 10 yrs..latest is hp envy 17 3d , 4.5 yrs till now, first time encountered hardware problem now, that got fixed too with routine service...might need to replace fan later. But no major issue till now.. working like new even now

 

Shopping for a new Laptop: Suggestions on Manufacturers? HP or Dell?

I generally advise against the home/small business laptops ... or any laptop that lists for under $1000. They tend to be junk.
When you buy junk it breaks ... and then you buy junk again ... and it breaks.
But with the over-$1000 business laptops you get better construction and longer life.

I was going to suggest Lenovo. Mine is 7 years old and works perfectly. Can't say the same for the Dells and HPs that I've owned.

But for $150 you can't get anything ... not if you buy new.
If you buy cheap you're just throwing your money away.
