    New HP Laptop - Some Keyboard combinations don't work


    Hello, Just bought a new HP Laptop. It appears some KeyBoard Combinations do not work. I am used to using the Fn and the +/- to increase/decrease the volume and the Fn with Left/Right keys to increase/decrease the brightness. II used these keys all the time. Also, I used to have more control over how the mouse worked that seems to be missing here. Are these controls driven by the laptop manufacturer or Microsoft? Can I get this control back? I may have to return this because of these features and others. Can someone shed light on these questions?

    Keyboard charachters don´t match

    How to correct keyboard charachters if language region does match correct keyboard but charachters still don´t.

    stuff that don`t work

    The problem with the messed up keyboard is now ok, I can write normally.

    But, the problem with non working pin and unpin from task bar, the right mouse click don`t work on it at all - still stays, as well as non working New notifications - I click and nothing happens. Can you fix that all?

    Nice, no answers what so ever... still can`t open new notifications, still right-click don`t work on taskbar... and still no answer as to why
