    new hp victus freezing on restart, clean reinstall required to fix it


    I Recently bought a new HP victus and everything works fine until the power gets turned off and turn back on and then everything freezes on launch. I cannot open any apps can't use task manager I can't even restart from the menu I have to force power down. I have tried Safe mode uninstall recent updates and it says there are none and the only solution has been to do a full clean reinstall of windows. Is this a software or a hardware issue?
