Windows 10: New install from ISO screen goes black. Monitor still has signal.

About 7 times so far today I've reinstalled Windows 10 Home from an ISO. All goes well until I get to entering an email address or phone number. At that point the screen goes black. Cortana still talks if I wait there long enough, so she is still there waiting.
When I tried entering a phone number, thinking it would be faster and maybe get thru the system before the screen goes out, it says I have no account with that number.

So, I looked at my account and there's no place for a phone number. But still, there really isn't time to enter even a code received from a phone call - the screen would be black well before I get to that point.

Entering an email account would be a longer delay, too, actually, because I have no quick way to get to the internet with another machine.

I believe there's something wrong with the video driver that gets put in. I have a GTX 750 Ti, which is a normal, good, decent graphics card. There shouldn't be a problem there.


Whew. Any ideas? Is there any other way to get this thing installed? I'm using Linux on a different hard drive right now, so that's not an option, as far as getting to the internet while setting up the Windows thing.

No Signal Message on screen the goes Black?

No, not hibernating, I turn it on and a few seconds later the "Ativa" logo pops up then the screen goes black with a little blue box that says, no signal. That stays up for 2 seconds, then everything goes black and moving the mouse or punching keys does nothing. I did plug her screen into a laptop and her screen was back to normal and worked perfectly.
Just remembered: When I first looked at it, her mouse wasn't showing any life(no lights) but I switched the mouse out with a new one and it light up and I suppose was fine but I really couldn't check it because there was no screen to test it with.

 

Windows 10 Update Installed & Now No Signal to Monitor

What im referring to as “no signal” is that when i turn my monitor on, it scans for a signal from the CPU & says No Signal. The monitor screen then stays black & goes to sleep.

 

No monitor signal

Recently I changed my monitor and since then I have no signal on every monitor I try to connect my pc. My PC works perfectly fine when in safe mode but when I try to run Windows it displays to the windows logo and after that the screen goes black. I tried
instaling new windows and it worked for several minutes and then the screen went black. I also tried to change my resolution from safe mode but the resolution settings are greyed out. Is there any way I can fix it? Thanks!
