Windows 10: new installation problems

I am unable to get any desktop background pictures when using Personalization..
Also unable to find the date or clock.

start menu stopped working

Cannot get start menu to pop up. Worked till yesterday, now won't. Turned off computer and back on - still won't work

 

Are there problems after installation of the new version 12.0.013?

There are currently about 17 posts if you input "N95 keypress bug" into "Search Discussions". It is just that you press the keypad and nothing happens and you have to repeat the action.

 

Is your Windows 10 activated? Cos when I installed it here, I was blocked from any personalization features until I activated it. Once I activated it, boom, I could change everything, add a theme, etc. But the clock should be right there in the lower right hand corner, just click on it and the clock and calendar will pop right up.

 

Windows 10 is activated, although this version was a freebie and no key was sent to me.

 

Ah, it would have been activated after you finished the free update.

Try right-clicking on your desired Wallpaper image and choose "Set as Desktop Background" - Also, if you can add your Desktop Shortcuts like Control Panel, you can get into personalization through there and it's easier to manager. But I forget how I added the shortcuts, I stumbled across it and can't remember where the settings were. Oh! It was in Settings->Themes->Desktop Icon Settings, add the Control Panel and you can get into these well hidden features from there.
