Windows 10: New kb4505903 update gave me a bsod with 0xc0000142 stop code

After my computer tried to restart while updating it blue screens with a 0xc0000142 stop code and restarts to another blue screen. I've tried commands in command prompt and startup repair always fails. I can't uninstall updates and I could only get it working by resetting my computer. When I finished resetting and got back on my laptop it automatically updated and repeated this issue. It's a new computer and I do not have any image recovery points. I've done some poking around in the bios to try and change the boot but nothing has worked.


I have a ROG Zephyrus and this issue hasn't happened on my desktop


I haven't seen much of the 0xc0000142 stop code stopping you from getting on your computer and really need help!

up graded from Windows 7 to Windows 10, installed Windows Defender, during boot up, next screen Preparing Auto Repair, followed by Blue Screen, followed by Auto Defender offline, Your PC ran into Problems with error stop code 0xc0000142.

I have tried F8; nothing. F10 to change the date; Nothing. I have no idea how to install the repair without opening in safe mode.
