Windows 10: New keyboard input method randomly added

Hello, for many many years I use two keyboard layouts on all my PC's.
CES - Czech Qertz layout for texts in Czech language, and ENG - Czech keyboard layout for programmers for writing code.
I routinely switch between these two by Alt+Right SHIFT. Now in random intervals (weeks) additional input methods appear on
the tray: CS CSP and ENG CSP. I usually do not notice it immediately and write, switching keyboards I think are used as needed,
and after couple of minutes of writing I see I wrote nonsense, because Alt-Right SHIFT now cycles through different set of
keyboard layouts. No need to say this is rather frustrating. How can this BUG be prevented? Regards Roman.

After every restarting, my PC input language changes to Serbian

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Your default keyboard layout or input method is the one that’s automatically used with the language you see Windows in (for example, the QWERTY keyboard for American English). If you want to keep your Windows language
the same but use a different keyboard automatically, follow these steps:

• Open Control Panel by right clicking on the Start Button.
• Enter Add a language in the search box, and then tap or click
  Add a language.
• Tap or click Advanced settings.
• Under Override for default input method, choose the keyboard layout or input method you'd like to be your new default,
  and then tap or click Save.

Note: If you don't see the keyboard layout or input method you want, then you haven't added it to your input method list. To
Add a keyboard layout or input method for a language see the steps below:

• Type Region And Language in the Windows search Bar and select
  Region and language.
• Tap or click the language you want to add a keyboard to, and then tap or click
  Options.
• Tap or click Add a keyboard, browse the input method list for the one you want to use, and then tap or click it.

Input text mode n9

There are 2 ways but need to know what keyboard you using.

Swype Keyboard:-

settings>time and language>text input>installed input methods> Farsi.

it will be added as a keyboard. Bu if you dont want other already selected keyboard you just unselect them.

now while using keyboard if you swipe on your keyboard from left to right, you will get the next selected keyboard.

2nd:- After selecting the required language, turn off swype,

Go active input method>select the required default language and done.
