    Hello I just bought a new laptop and I used my main Hotmail account for the sign in to Windows 10.

    The same software bug on my old computer with a copy of Windows 8/10, and this new bug is in my Windows 10 software.

    So I'm thinking I have the same set of MS software in my NEW computer. Which is supposed to be running Win 10?

    So how come this bug is still in my Win 8 software bug in my NEW computer?


    The bug is whenever you have two windows open on the bottom of your task bar.

    I want to scroll over and open the second window it pops up but when I put my cursor over the window it disappears!! I have to do the whole process over again.

    FSX on a lap top

    I was given FSX as a gift and at that time I had a lap top with a disk drive that I could use. Now, my new lap-top does not have a disk drive but I saw in the box that it came with a product key. does this mean that I can download it on to my new lap-top
    with the product key? where can I do that?

    I have been using the windows 10 upgrade for 3 years until I had to renew my lap top. Now I am unable to retrieve that copy. Am I able to re-install on my new lap top?

    Windows 10 on new lap top

    If you upgraded from an OEM licensed version of Windows 7 to 10 with the free upgrade offer on the old laptop (Dell, HP, etc.), 10 is also OEM licensed and can't be transferred to the new laptop.

    If you upgraded from an Retail version of Windows 7 to 10 with the free upgrade offer on the old laptop, 10 is also Retail licensed and can be transferred to the new laptop.

    Doesn't your new laptop have a Windows operating system preinstalled?
