    New laptop, cant get past pin screen and finish setting up


    I have a new laptop, windows 10, in the middle of setting up. I am repeatedly getting sent to a hello pin setup page. I cannot finish setup to get my new laptop running as i cant get past this screen. It freezes when u click “setup pin” a continual loading screen.

    Laptop with broken screen How much?

    I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

    Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd

    This doesn't work. Still get no response when clicking on set up pin, nothing happens.

    Have another problem after doing your fix. Now I can't stay signed into Microsoft community. I have to sign in each and every time I open it.

    This problem has not been resolved and I have tried every suggestion that has been offered. I have even tried system restore to no avail. Thank both of you for your suggestions.

    Can't create pin for login. Pin stopped working

    Try the steps here:

    • Navigate to PC Settings -> Accounts -> Sign-in options. Click on I forgot my PIN link.
    • Next, click on the Continue button in the Are you sure you forgot your PIN? screen.
    • You can now add a new PIN and click OK.
