Windows 10: New Laptop Dell Inspiron 15 Install Errors

Hello,I just received this laptop in the mail today. I went to "Check for Updates" and there are two that keep giving me error messages:1. Intel Corporation - Display - 31.0.101.5333 Install Error 0x800701032. 2023-11 Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems KB4023057 Download Error 0x80248007If anyone could please assist me with this, I do not understand how there can already be an issue when this is a brand new laptop.Thank you,Caitlin

Those are the options of the Inspiron 1525 Model which is not the Inspiron 15 model. Inspiron 1525 (Intel) and 1526 (AMD) are sometimes branded as Inspiron 15, which adds to the confusion. I don't see the specs of the NEW Inspiron 15 listed on the US Dell site, but I would hope that these would be built on the Intel Montevina platform.
