Windows 10: New Laptop doesn't have a Hiberate Option

Hello,I just bought an Asus Vivobook 14/15. I've already noticed one problem with it and that is that it doesn't turn off when I put it to sleep. When I go into "choose what closing the lid does" and I did press "Change Settings that are currently unavailable", the only options are "Sleep" and "Lock". How do I add Hiberate on there? Or better yet, what do I do to make sure that when I do put my laptop to sleep, it actually sleeps?

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????

 

my sign in options doesn"t open in settings.

Hii, my sign in options doesn"t open in settings. everything else works fine in settings. i just want to change sign in from password to passcode . It was working very good before. After new update in last month, it stopped working and after update it
asked me to relogin but did not gave me the option to set 4 digit passcode .
