Windows 10: new laptop - Microsoft store stuck at getting ready

Bought a brand new £800 lenovo laptop. everything is great other than i cant open microsoft store as it gets stuck on "getting ready" until it error codes after hours.all i want to do is turn off s mode and download some bits from there.my internet connection is fine as im getting 1000mbps lol.

Microsoft Store App is Stuck on Getting Ready Screen

Whenever I open my Microsoft Store app it is stuck in the getting ready screen, i cannot access store settings and when i reset Microsoft Store using msreset it opens and gets stuck on the same screen again.

Uninstalled apps stuck "installing" in Microsoft Store (MSN News)
