The Windows 10 Virtual Memory too low error message is due to the programs you're using is asking for a lot of resources that even the virtual memory can't handle. We suggest that you increase the size of
pagefile.sys by configuring the settings. Follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R > Type sysdm.cpl
• Go to Advanced tab > Click Settings > Go to
  Advance tab in the Performance Options.
• Click Change... under Virtual Memory section > Check the box that says
  Automatically manage paging file size for all drives.
• Hit Custom Size then set the new initial pagefile.sys size and its maximum.
• Select OK then Apply.
• Restart your computer.

This issue may arise due to:

Corruptions in Windows components, Ram not accessing its full capacity, multiple files opened on the computer etc.

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to run
System Maintenance troubleshooter finds and clean up

unused files and shortcuts and performs maintenance tasks.

• • Press Windows key and type Troubleshooting.
  • Select Troubleshooting and hit Enter.
  • Click on View all in the left pane of the window.
  • Select System Maintenance.

Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.

If the issue still persists, I suggest you to check if the computer is using its full memory.

• Press Windows key + R and type msconfig.
• Go to Advance options and check if you have choosen use Maximum memory.
• If not, I suggest you to place a check mark, restart the computer and check if that helps.
