Windows 10: new laptop & second life

I got a new laptop

"It is an HP INTEL R CELERON N4000

WINDOWS 10 HOME 64 BIT OPERATING SYSTEM

And what my issue is that it seem like it is very slow. And if I watch videos online after about 2 maybe 3 videos I get the 414 error message about URL IS TOO LONG IT EXCEEDS SERVER LIMIT

And another issue I am having is "I Love SECOND LIFE but now with this new laptop anytime

:I get on SECOND LIFE this computer is very la very laggy and I crash like every 3 minutes

So can somebody tell me how to fix these issues? Anybody PRETTY PLEASE? Oh and there is one more thing. It has to be very very simple I mean IDIOT PROOF. Because I am computer ignorant COMPUTER RETARDED ACTUALLY. What can I say I am a blonde and you know what they say about

DUMB BLONDES Right?

I need HELP with finding a new laptop

Hi guys.
I am looking for a new laptop for work. The requirements I have are:

• Portability & Lightweight since I have to carry it around every single day
• 13'' with at least 8GB RAM the more the better but that will do
• at least 8 hours of Battery life I don't want to stress about that
• 500 GB HD will do
• I need it to work fast!

Honestly, I want to buy a MacBook, but it's pricey so I am not sure it is worth it. What will you suggest?

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

I would suggest you to contact your manufacturer regarding the battery issue. As of now you can power drain your laptop and check if it helps.

Follow the steps below:

• 
  Disconnect the AC Adapter.
  
• 
  Remove the Battery.
  
• 
  Hold the Power button down for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  
• 
  Reconnect the AC adapter.
  
• 
  Turn on the laptop power.
