Windows 10: New laptop stuck in Parental Consent loop

I have just bought a new Dell laptop for my son. In the early stages of set-up, I elected that the device was going to be used by a child. The gmail address / Microsoft account that I associated him with is my own. On hitting the "parental consent" screen, I am finding I am in a continuous loop and can't move forward. I have tried setting up a new Microsoft account with a different email address and consenting using that, but this doesn't work. As it is a brand new laptop, it is not even set up enough for me to have someone remote in or for me to do a hard reset! I've tried restarting and the

New Laptop windows 10 login issue parents consent

On my son brand-new computer with W10, which I set up for the first time, I can't sign in. After I enter his password, it says that parent consent is required. When I click "I'm a parent", it says to use my existing MS account. When I enter the required information it returns to the parent consent screen as if the information are incorrect. I tried the otherway by sending a request to the parent but the same issue happen although I used another computer to give the consent. Will highly appreciate any advice

 

Child's consent in a loop

I am trying to give consent to my child's account.

I ve already contacted the support and they told me to do the following:

1. log in with child's account

2. then the account will ask for consent selecting that I am a parent.

3. log in with parent account

After following this process I enter in loop with the following error:

"Something's not working

It's not you, is us."
