New laptop, thought Windows 10 update ssues were sorted out.

New DELL laptop got stuck at 80%, it keeps on downloading using my cap, but the data seems going nowhere.

Rebooted, then shows and stuck at 45%. Reboot same thing.

Applied update troubleshooter, reported database error from 17xx to 18xx version. Laptop was manufactured during 2018. Told it to fix, but it seems unable to do so.

My question here is:Why does DELL & Shops sells me a new laptop or PC thats hopelessly out of update-?
I am sort of getting tired of paying a lot of money and then has to deal with this nonsense.

    :)

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
