Windows 10: New laptop win 11 unable to create MS account

New lenovo laptop with win 11. After selecting keyboard and wifi options, selected option for new MS email address then successfully completed the new 'not a robot' secuity pictures test. No options to progress futher. No 'next' button on screen ?Try the same setup with mobile number and same issue ? Seems like an issue with MS.Tried reentering the new ms email address as existing ms account and MS did not recongise my new emal address or mobile number ??.Unable to use new laptop as i cannot complete the MS setup :

The issue you are facing could be due to the Windows might not able to read your user profile correctly, such as if your antivirus software is scanning your computer while you try to log on.

Step 1.

I recommend you to create new user account using command and check if it helps.

  Press the Windows key + R on the keyboard.

  Type netplwiz and press Enter.
  
• Click on Add button and create a new user account.

Step 2.

Let’s try performing system restore and check if it helps.
Follow the below steps.

  Go to Windows log-in screen and press and hold Shift key.

• On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot >
  Advanced options > System Restore.

Unable to create new User account

Am unable to create a new user. Accounts -> Add someone else to this PC options is not working to create a new account.

Try few of the troubleshooting steps below and check if it helps.

I suggest you to sign out from the current user account, restart the computer, sign-in and check with the status of this issue. As this might be a temporary issue.

Follow the below steps to create a new user account:

• Press Windows + X keys from the keyboard, click on
  Control Panel.
• Select User Accounts, click on Manage another account.
• Select Add a new user in PC settings, click on
  Add someone else to this PC and follow onscreen instructions.
