    new laptop, windows 10, "organisation"??

Hello! So like a month ago i got this new laptop Allview AllBook y-100. It works really well. When i first opened the laptop it showed me that i was connected to a microsoft account already and it was in Polish. I didn't really pay attention to that. Later, i realised that i actually had 2 accounts on this laptop, one of the accounts being the admin. Again, i didn't really pay attention to that and i made my own microsoft account. I set the new account as the admin and removed the accounts that we're already on this laptop. Then i wanted to change my wallpapers, but i couldn't change the wallpaper for the lock screen. It said something like "your ORGANISATION doesn't allow that". I was really confused. There are also some things i can't do because of this "organisation". I tried to restart this laptop, it showed me some options in POLISH about the restart like if i want to keep my files or not, then for like 30 minutes it "restarts" and then it says the restart failed. I tried to restart it several times, but it failed everytime. After the first restart it started again to show me one of the accounts i found on the laptop and it is in polish. I can connect to my account with 0 problems, but when i go to start and look at the accounts i only see MINE, not the account that i clearly remember i deleted. Today i saw i almost had no memory on this laptop so i decided to delete some downloads and files i don't need anymore and i found a file that i couldn't open because of this "organisation" and i needed access to it. Last time it was opened in 2019, so i'm starting to think this laptop isn't actually new i didn't get this laptop from a person, i got it from a shop so it was supposed to be new. I am kind of scared that this "organisation" can see my files, apps, accounts and maybe passwords. Is there anything i can do to restart this laptop and get rid of that "organisation"? Or should i go to someone who's an expert in PCs??

    :)

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
