Windows 10: New laptop with preinstalled windows 10

Hi, I recently bought a pre-owned laptop, which was resetted to factory settings so when I switch it on Windows setup begins, the issue being it is in Russian which is not my native language. I could translate the required steps or install a fresh copy of windows, but that just takes so much longer.Can anyone tell me what changes need to be done so that I have the whole setup in english from start to finish ?Thanks

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

New m2 ssd windows installation on laptop with preinstalled windows 10

Hello,
I bought new Acer laptop that came with preinstalled windows 10 (1TB hdd)
I would like to install windows 10 on newly added m2 ssd(SATA III).

What are my options besides cloning, and if cloning is the best option what software should i use ?
I haven't put any "work" in that system yet, so fresh install is not a problem.

I have built few desktop pc's in my life but not much experience in laptops and preinstalled systems.

I brought my laptop in 2013 with windows 8 preinstalled. Later the device updated to Windows 8.1 and then to Windows 10. Currently am using my laptop with genuine digitally activated windows 10. Recently the laptop has shown serious hardware
issues, the repair person I contacted has suggested me to change my hard drive as early as possible. He said that despite using the activated windows, changing the hard drive will destroy the activated windows & I will have to buy a new copy for the new hard
drive am putting into my laptop. I wanted to know is there some way I can change my hard drive and also don't have to buy new windows OS? Basically I want to know that can I use my activated windows 10 OS into the new hard drive am putting into my laptop.
