Windows 10: New laptop with Windows 11 won't log onto a specific website

Hi, I got a new laptop with Windows 11. After setting up, there is one website that we use for work https://nafeza.gov.eg/en that cannot log on. The homepage loads without any issues. However, when we come to log onto it with our username and password, it keeps showing the buffering sign and never logs on. The page logs on perfectly well without any issues on MAC devices and on another device that has Windows 10. We tried google chrome and Microsoft Edge. Same problem. We tried Incognito and In private. Same problem. We tried the instructions for clean boot and on this link https://answe

I would like to note that step 20 comes up with no files. Perhaps this could be the source of the issues?

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Run Windows app troubleshooter.

Step 2: Run shell commands for Windows store and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Command prompt(Admin) to open elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  Type the following commands.
  
  
  
  powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
  
• 
  Hit enter, the blackscreen will appear still for a couple of seconds. After a couple of second a new line saying C:\.... will appear.
  
• 
  Close Command Prompt.
  
• 
  Try to start the Windows Store again.
