Windows 10: New laptop won't open some certain webpages

I just got a new laptop with Windows 11 and it connects with internet and I'm able to use Google, go to YouTube etc, but it won't let me sign in to my Microsoft account in any way, it just says something went wrong. It seems like Microsoft problem, but then again I also noticed it won't open Discord.com website or Asus.com. So some certain webpages won't open, I have tried with different browsers. I use same internet for my phone and with my phone I can access everything.I have tried different fixes for hours, nothing has helped yet. I hope someone can help, this is so weird and frustrating pr

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Run Windows app troubleshooter.

Step 2: Run shell commands for Windows store and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Command prompt(Admin) to open elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  Type the following commands.
  
  
  
  powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
  
• 
  Hit enter, the blackscreen will appear still for a couple of seconds. After a couple of second a new line saying C:\.... will appear.
  
• 
  Close Command Prompt.
  
• 
  Try to start the Windows Store again.

Microsoft Edge Webpage Content Flickering Issues with Facebook and Other Websites Which Contain Videos In Their Webpage.

Let's try to isolate the cause of this issue, we suggest that you use a new
InPrivate window and try to go to a webpage with a video again. Follow the steps below:

• Open Edge.
• Click on the three dots icon on the upper right part of the screen.
• Click New InPrivate window.

If the issue persists, we suggest that you disable hardware acceleration and use software rendering instead of hardware rendering to view the webpage.
Here are the steps on how to use software rendering:

• Click Start.
• On the search bar, type Internet Options, and click on
  Internet Options from the results.
• Click on the Advanced tab.
• Under Accelerated graphics, check Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering.
