Windows 10: New laptop won't update

I just bought this HP laptop and got it set up with the account and everything. I opened windows update so it could get caught up not knowing how behind it is and at first I received a 0x8007705b4 error. Which turned out to be the third party scanners I put on it so I removed them and it went away.

Now when I check my updates I get "Your device is missing important security and quality fixes" every time I run the check. I look in the update list under the uninstall programs and there is only three updates.

Here's what they are:

Update for Microsoft Windows KB4501375 installed on 12/25/2019

Security Update for Microsoft Windows KB4506933 installed on 12/25/2019

Security Update for Microsoft Windows KB4497727 installed on 4/1/2019


This thing is brand new, bought it yesterday and have been fighting with it since I got it home.

What can I do to fix it? It's obvious by looking at my desktop it's missing a lot of updates, but I have no clue where to start or what to do. Help please.

Hp laptop screen won’t display except occasionally

I would like to note that step 20 comes up with no files. Perhaps this could be the source of the issues?

 

After Windows 10 update, signin screen won`t accept my pssword.

Sign-in screen won`t take my password after Windows 10 update on a new HP laptop. I had setup a pin login but now asks for Microsoft password which I wrote down and have used before but will not accept now.
