    I just received a new Lenovo laptop running windows from my employer for work. It will not complete the setup process. It stops at a screen that indicates I need to download Duo MFA required by my employer, but I can't. Is this computer likely in S Mode? How do I complete setup?

    Forgot password in process of starting new Lenovo laptop

    Purchased new Lenovo Ideapad 110-151sk model 80UD with Windows 10. Started the process of opening the new computer and wrote a password on a scratch sheet. Did not complete the process and lost scratch sheet and password so can not open laptop and complete
    installation.

    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

    What about MSI GS60 or Lenovo Y50? THey are light, portable and powerful... also both are 15" and in your budget. *Toast :toast:
