  1. New Manage devices under Mobile devices in settings not signing in my account

So when I try to sign in, the login window just flashes and does nothing.Already did wsreset, exe and the getapppackage cmd in Powershell. sfc /scannow and DISM. I wanted to take advantage of this feature in preparation for upcoming updates like where you can use your phone's camera as a

  3. Windows Mobile Device Center error

Sync center will provide the synchronization required. You will need to reconfigure the sync. Follow these steps:

    1. Windows key + X > Control Panel > Sync Center
    2. Select Sync step
    3. Connect your device via USB

  4. New Manage devices under Mobile devices in settings not signing in my account

Change Microsoft accounts on laptop and mobile devices on Windows 10.

    Hi Christopher,

You can use the new Microsoft account on the computer by converting user profile to Local user account and re-converting the user account to Microsoft account using the new Microsoft account. On the Lumia phones, add the new Microsoft
account and uncheck sync for the old Microsoft account. On doing so on Lumia phones, you will lose all apps that is installed on the device associated with the account.

Follow the steps below to convert the user account to Local user account and back to Microsoft account using the new credentials on the computer.

Step 1: To convert to local account.

    • Press Windows logo + I keys on the keyboard to open system
      Settings window.
    • Click Accounts and under Your emails and accounts, click on
sign in with a local account instead option.
    • Enter your Microsoft account password and click on Next.
    • Type the Password, and Password Hint that you want set for the local account and click
      Next.
    • Click on Sign out and Finish button.
    • Login to check if the changes are effective.

Step 2: To switch to Microsoft account.

    • On the newly converted Local user account, press
      Windows logo + I
keys on the keyboard to open Settings window.
    • Click Accounts and under Your emails and accounts click on
sign in with a microsoft account instead option.
    • Enter the new Microsoft account ID and Password and click Sign in.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions and check if the changes are effective.

Add an extra Microsoft account on the mobile device and uncheck
Sync option to the old Microsoft account and check if the issue is resolved.

Write to us with the status of adding new Microsoft account to PC and mobile device in the same post for further assistance.
Your reply is most important for us to ensure we assist you accordingly.

    Thank you.
