Windows 10: New Microsoft Account cannot recover due to insufficient info_Windows Locked

Dear Manager,I am the owner of the account *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. I just registered the account for logging in to my Windows 10 machine recently, but somehow I forgot the password right after the registration date and have my account sign-in blocked.I have tried to recover it through https://account.live.com/acsr, but since there was no email contact sent from the new account, and we currently have not done any activity but log into a Windows machine, the account cannot be recovered due to insufficient info. Please help me with the account recovery since I have to log in to my PC for

How to transfer the contact numbers safely without using microsoft account

Hi... I forgot my microsoft password and tried to recover it, but unfortunately unable to recover the password bcoz of insufficient information. So Microsoft team requested me to create the new account. So i have created the new account with new credentials..
And to login with new microsoft account, i have to do reset my phone, but before doing reset i just want to take my contact numbers from my phone safely... So after reset the phone, when i will be try to login with my new Microsoft account i should not miss
any of the contact numbers. Could you plz suggest me with step by step instructions how to do tat??

 

How to replace old Microsoft Account with a new Microsoft Account

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. I understand your concern and I am glad to assist you.

I would suggest you to switch your Microsoft account to a Local account first and then switch back with a new Microsoft account. Please refer to the following steps:

Step 1:

• Type Manage your accounts
  in the search bar and click on it
• Click on "sign in with a local account instead"
• Press next and complete the process.
• If you do not have a local account, leave the credentials blank and proceed.

Step 2: Now, on the newly converted Local account, follow these steps to add a new MSA.

1. In the Start search, type "Manage your accounts" and press Enter.

2. Choose 'Accounts'.

3. Click on "sign in with a local account instead"

4. Enter the Microsoft account ID and Password and click Next.
