Microsoft To-Do is a simple and intelligent to-do list that makes it easy to plan your day. Whether itâs for work, school or home, To-Do will help you to increase your productivity and decrease your stress levels. It combines intelligent technology and beautiful design to empower you to create a simple daily workflow.

WHAT'S NEW

We've made it easier for you to keep track of individual tasks across your lists. If you move a task between lists, we'll add it directly to the top of the list.

It's also easier to sort tasks manually in lists. Just tap the three dots to move tasks using arrows.

And, if youâve enabled an automatic sort method, weâll prompt you to disable it before sorting manually.

Weâve smoothed scrolling in long lists.

We didnât just stop at the All smart list, we now also have the Completed smart list so you can also see all the tasks youâve checked off.

If you werenât a fan of your completed tasks mixing with the uncompleted ones, then youâll be glad to hear that weâve moved your completed tasks to the bottom. Now you have easy access to the completed tasks without them getting in the way of your productivity.

Coming from Wunderlist? Weâve made some improvements to our importer.

We fixed a crash that happened when you sorted a list while the app was syncing.

We made some accessibility improvements: VoiceOver now announces the change of state for the user consent button, and also announces the current calendar date when setting a custom reminder date.

Importing your lists from Wunderlist? We’ll now highlight the lists that were shared in Wunderlist and prompt you to reshare them in To Do.

You can now turn off notifications for shared lists directly in our To Do settings. If those shared holiday shopping lists are getting a little too noisy, just head to settings and toggle shared list activity off.  

We’ve added a bit of polish to our animations and cleared out a few bugs.

We’ve changed the look of Suggestions in My Day and revamped the sections.

If you’ve been using our smart due dates (try typing “tomorrow” when you add a task) then you may have noticed that the due date text didn’t then disappear from your task. We’ll now delete it for you.

We’ve improved your Siri shortcuts experience by introducing Siri donations, and also improving localization.

On Japanese devices the support option was missing in Settings. Sorry about that. If you have a problem do get in touch with us now.

We fixed an accessibility issue where the voiceover was not announcing available actions on uploaded files in the detail view.

As you select a due date for a task, you may want to stop for a moment and admire the new look date picker. Isn’t it pretty?

We made a number of accessibility fixes, including fixing VoiceOver issues when creating a new group, and fixing the keyboard focus in the about window and when adding tasks to an empty list. We also fixed contrast ratio issues in Helpshift.
