Windows 10: New motherboard/cpu/ram, fresh windows 11 install, multiple BSODs / blue screens / crashes

I have never had issues upgrading hardware until now - from z390 / 8900k / ddr4 3200mhz to z690 / 12900k / ddr5 6000 mhz. Did fresh install of windows after way too many issues, still having BSODs regularly. Interestingly, Chrome is also constantly crashing webpages as well, which has NEVER been an issue for me. Windows update is current, have current drivers for everything I can imagine. I would not know where to begin on rolling back, as it is all from the fresh windows 11 install and new program installs. Blue Screen after new CPU and Reinstall

Background: After swapping out my CPU, motherboard and RAM, I began having Blue screens caused by driver mismatches. I reinstalled Win10 Fresh after this, and hadn't had any Blue Screens in roughly 6 weeks. However, after not installing any new hardware
or drivers, I began experiencing crashes again. i ran Microsoft's memtest and didn't encounter any issues. The Verifier check crashes on attempts to startup, but doesn't list any .sys file with the crash. Windows Defender and Malwarebytes both report no issues
in full scans. The crashes have occurred softer, sometimes Firefox will crash, leaving windows intact, or games like Dota will crash out occasionally. However, most recently the machine was idle on the desktop when the blue screen occurred.

 

BSoDs on fresh Windows 10 installation ntoskrnl.exe

So I've been getting seemingly random BSoDs for the past week or so, 4-5 times a day.

Blue Screen Viewer says it's caused by ntoskrnl.exe and the most common error is IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL but there are also others like DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL or SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED.

What I've tried:

• Updating motherboard bios
• Changing RAM sticks
• Completely formatting my SSD and reinstalling a fresh copy of Windows 10
• Updating all my drivers (audio, lan, wireless, bluetooth, amd chipset, video, etc)

My specs:

• Ryzen 3700x CPU
• Nvidia RTX 2080S
• 16GB 3200Mhz RAM
• Corsair 750W Gold PSU
• ASUS TUF B450M Plus Motherboard
• Samsung SSD EVO M.2 500GB
