    new mouse and keyboard


    I attached a new mouse and keyboard--they came with the Dell Inspiron but I used the old keyboard for two years until now. Now, when I hit the windows10 icon in the lower left of the screen, nothing happens. I have to right click to shut down and the windows 10 screen does not appear. I appreciate any ideas.

    Sculpt Mouse Connection Issue

    We have a user whom has the sculpt keyboard and mouse combo. Recently her mouses right click was acting up so we ordered her a new mouse. Now when we go to connect the new mouse the old keyboard will not connect with out using both USB receivers. We have
    downloaded the latest version of the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center and there is no add on to add the keyboard to the new mouse USB Receiver.

    Can someone give me a way to connect the new mouse to the existing keyboard.

    Dinovo Edge has ceased to pair with the supplied Logitech USB dongle..any thoughts? is it possible the USB dongle is no longer transmitting? or?

    When did you purchase the Logitech hardware (i.e., the keyboard, mouse & USB receiver or dongle)? Could it be time to purchase a new keyboard, a new mouse or a new keyboard/mouse set - especially when all your headaches might be resolved for less than
