Windows 10: New nvme ssd running half speed both win 10,11

I bought silicon power ud85 pcie 4.0x4 gen nvme ssd it only running at 3.0x2 only give 1750mbps in crystal benchmark pls help me how to fix this issue advertisement speed is 3600mbps pc specs r5 5500,b550m DS3H,450w psu cooler master mwe bronze v2,gtx 1660 super inno3d, 250gb sp nvme ,8+8 g.skill 3200mhz ram running dual purpose channel

I suspect not, as some people/tech sites INACCURATELY described a recent MS update as containing a fix: Microsoft Has a Fix For Slow SSD Speeds in Windows 11 | Digital Trends

Not true. What MS addressed was for ALL types of drives, hard and otherwise (basically a "journaling" function), and did not significantly change the SSD NVMe random write issue (when comparing Win 10 to Win 11 performance AND where the SSD contains the operating system). Unfortunately, MS "FIX" for slow NVMe SSDs was blasted all over the Internet. So I suspect MS is now thinking it is a-okay -- nothing more to do here.

This doesn't explain your issue, but there's clearly a problem.

As you've seen, Sabrent uses the Windows NVME drivers.
