Windows 10: New Outlook will not let me sort Alphabetically my folders in outlook

Discus and support New Outlook will not let me sort Alphabetically my folders in outlook in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; When I open outlook I get the Home Screen, blue on left screen, then white with email in this area.I click on Folders so I can sort these...     New Outlook will not let me sort Alphabetically my folders in outlook


    When I open outlook I get the Home Screen, blue on left screen, then white with email in this area.I click on Folders so I can sort these Alphabetically but this option is not available?When i click on folders it opens in a grey screen on top of the white screen and I can push the + tab and add a new folder, but nowhere is there where I can select sort alphabetically.I used to be able to do this in a previous version of outlook, but not now.

    Sorting Folders Alphabetically

    You posted in the Outlook for Windows forum.

    The Help article is for Outlook for Windows.

    You are using the Windows 10 Mail app, so you are in the wrong forum and you have the wrong help article.

    I just added the Test folder, it was added alphabetically to list.

    Then I added Atest and it was added alphabetically to the list.

    Drag a folder and drop it on All folders.

    Does it change location?
