Windows 10: New Pc Build but stuck on the Windows Logo without circle after inserting a USB containing...

So i just finished building my first Gaming PCAnd i was following a step by step on how to install windows 10. I finish downloading the windows installer on a USB, but when I inserted to the PC Build, I only get is a Windows logo but no loading circles and it gets stuck there for hours and nothing happens, and if I remove the USB and start it again, i get this message saying“Reboot and Select proper Boot device or insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key_”I hope is not because i have connected something in the chassis wrong or soBut this is the Tutorial of my pc build: https:/

ASUS Laptop stuck on ASUS Logo with spinning circle under it

Hello im having a problem with my ASUS Laptop K401U. It just started about 2 hours ago, so whenever I turn on my laptop it just stuck on the ASUS Logo with spinning circle under itI still can access the BIOS, but dont know what to do about it though.

I didnt install any update for windows before this.


I tried searching for solutions in youtube and many other forums, some said try to restart the laptop few times until "automatic repair" comes up, by holding the power button until it is turned off. I already restarted more than 10 times already and the automatic repair thing doesnt show up. It looks like this:

Installation media boots to command prompt

I've just booted from known working install media to see exactly what it does when booting. The sequence of events is...

1. Windows logo on a black screen
2. circling dots appear beneath the logo
3. light blue 'Please wait' screen with circling dots
4. a command prompt window (very briefly)
5. the initial Setup page appears

Do you see steps 1-3? If so, it appears you have stopped at step 4, suggesting that something on the disc cannot be read.

Does the disc boot properly in another machine? If so, try cleaning the laptop's drive lens then try booting from the disc again.

If not, make new install media with Microsoft's Media Creation Tool, either as a bootable USB, on an ISO that you can burn to another disc. At Step 8 in Option One of this tutorial you can choose between making a USB or an ISO.

Windows 10 won't boot from usb. Windows logo displays and spinning circle

I have serious problem with PC. I can't boot even from USB Stick. I created it on different machine with the help of: Microsoft Media Creation Tool.

I disabled Secure boot and Fast boot in bios and selected this usb to start in boot menu (Asus Motherboard). The Leagcy and UEFI (hybrid) mode is enabled.

It is booting from usb but after windows logo appears and spinning circle starts and after 2-3 seconds the spinning circle stops spinning and the screen freezes with windows logo and circle (not spinning). No blues screens, no error messages, no black screen, no feedback at all.

I've checked this usb stick on different PC and boots without any problem. I've also checked many different usb ports in this problematic PC. Nothing helps.

UPDATE:
I tried to disable CSM mode (aka Legacy Mode) so the only UEFI mode is enabled. Rebooted several times (the same windows logo, sometimes spinning circle is showing sometimes not, if it is showing then after 2-3 seconds it stops spinning) and one time I received Blue Screen with such message:
Thread Exception Not Handled.
