Every now and again the game will either freeze and kick me out of just the game, or BSOD. All the recent crashes have been very similar and i believe it is RAM related. However could be IMC in motherboard? However am unsure as analysis says could be software bug or misbehaving driver? Funnily enough the second last time it crashed i just threw a grenade which had a weird sound. Could it

  2. is it possible to hand build a motherboard?

Might I suggest you simply build a computer, making notes and taking pictures step by step. Most people (probably including your teacher) have no idea even where to start building a computer. You'll do fine, and if you get stuck we're here to help ya out! *Toast :toast:

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

New PC build crashing possibly RAM related

BSOD on new gaming PC (ntoskrnl.exe, RAM related?)

I am getting frequent BSODs on my new gaming Win10 PC (version 1909, build 18363.778) . I downloaded BlueScreenView (since have found out that's trash) and found out it's related to ntoskrnl.exe. Looking like it's possibly bad RAM? I plan on running MemTest tonight...I have the latest B450M Pro4 driver (V3.9 from their site), the latest GTX 1070 driver, and the latest firmware for my Kingston SSD. I have also checked the health of my drives in HD Tune Pro, and they're ok.

Pleaee see attached .zip. After all these crashes that are attached in the .zip here, I switched the RAM sticks from A1 and B1 to A2 and B2 on the mobo and have had no crashes since. What is causing all these crashes? In addition to these crashes, here's the windbg text from the minidumps of some crashes late last night.

Any and all help is appreciated!!!

EDIT: Since posting this, I have done more research and used DDU to uninstall all AMD Radeon drivers from my PC. I used an old Radeon gpu for 1 day until my new GTX 1070gpu came in. Will report later if any crashes...
