Windows 10: New PC build - Slow to load into Windows 10 and toolbar won't load until I click on it

Slow to load in once I get to login screen. Takes about 30 seconds after I put my pin in. Taskbar will not load icons until I click on taskbar. Until it loads mousewheel is spinning which I have to click on taskbar to load as well. What I've done. chkdsk, sch/scannow, windows reset fresh start, downloaded usb creation tool and re installed windows again. Nothing has worked. Could it be components? Everything runs fine once it actually is up and running, just slow to get there it seems. System : ryzen 5600x3070tim.2 ssd16gb 3600mhz ram

New Toolbars on the Taskbar Load very slow the first time after boot.

I Have created two new toolbars on my taskbar and when first opened, they load very slow in Win 10 Pro 1803 on a fast computer.

I remember this issue occurred in a previous Windows version - maybe XP - but I don't recall where the tweak was but it was a setting to change the load time.

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?

Okie my pc is as in my spec thingy *Smile it takes at about 10 seconds to get past the windows loading screen and sometimes when i open firefox or someting similar it takes a second or so for the page to open . what could the problem be ? my old pc ( amd x2 4600+ loaded almost twice as fast :x )
