Windows 10: New PC - Continual Crashes

Hi, I bought a new PC recently and am having a recurring crash - the fans spin up to full speed and the display disconnects. While the computer continues to run, only a hard reset restores it. Sometimes it happens 10 times in a row, nothing specific triggering it, others it goes days without happening at all. I have gone through extensive troubleshooting with the technician from the company I bought it from and he is stumped. The closest I've found to a culprit is this error appearing in the logs right before the crash:The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load for the device ROOT\DISPLAY\0000.A

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

• What is the make and model of the PC you are referring to?
• What was the host operating system installed in your PC? If you performed Windows 10 upgrade, was it via Media Creation Tool or through Windows update?
• Did you make any recent hardware/software changes to the computer, prior to the issue?
• Did you notice if Windows is trying to configure any settings before failing or crashing out?
• Do you receive any error messages in the subsequent restart after Windows fails to load at the first instance?
• Are you able to start the computer normally in Safe Mode with Networking?

If you are able to boot the computer normally, I suggest you to check for particular event IDs in the Event Viewer which can help us to ascertain the cause of the issue.

all games crash!

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.
