    New PC having problems installing Windows


    I downloaded the most recent version of the windows installation media creation tool and used it to create a Windows installation flash drive to install windows onto the new PC that I built. I selected the flash drive as my primary boot drive in the BIOS, and booted to it. I was prompted whether to install the 32 or 64 bit version of Windows, and everything seemed okay. Some files were downloaded, then I got the 0xc0000185 error code. Unfortunately, all of the other solutions out there assume that I have already been into windows, which I have not. Hopefully I can get some help from this. Specs are Ryzen 5 2600, Asrock b450 Pro4 Motherboard, 16 gb 3200 Cl16 Ram, a Crucial P2 500 SSD, a 2 Terabyte Seagate Barracuda HDD, and a GT 210 Graphics Card.     windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

    I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?
