Windows 10: New PC Initial Login

My new PC, arrived 4 Oct 22, is pre-set-up with Windows 10, It loads when switched on. It then shows a 'TEST' user and requires a password. And then there are 3 security questions - where did they come from? I have tried most online suggestions but as I cannot access anything - I have a useless PC. Safe mode and start-up just demands the / a password for this TEST account rather than allowing input to a blank CMD box. Windows key plus various X or I - nothing Is there any way to get logged on/bypass this, so called, test account.There is no option / ability to use my MS password.Grateful for a

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

  If its Microsoft account are you able to login using the web interface?
  

I suggest you to use the on-screen keyboard and try to login. Follow the steps below:

Click on the Ease of Access icon at the right bottom of the screen and select On-screen keyboard and check if issue persists.

I tried everything that you suggested.

I am trying to login to Microsoft account.

And I am able to login using the web interface.

I used on-screen keyboard too. But the issue persists. It gives an error, and asks to try again.

Please help. I am stuck.
