Windows 10: New Pc Lagging After Force Shut down

I Had brought a Lenovo Refurbished PC from Amazon All was Going Fine Till One day I accidently Force Shut It down. Then when I tried to Turn it back on it showed No OS found Very Worried I told my father He Burnt a Flash Drive with Windows 10 ISO image then I installed It on my pc It worked Perfectly Fine But since that day It has Been Lagging Really Bad and Sometimes automatically Shuts Down and The Screen Also sometimes Flickers i checked my VGA AND MONITOR IS ALL GOOD and it also gets a lot of blue Screens?i think i downloded the wrong Windows and I should Download The Windows10 rtm pro

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.

My PC lags if I don't force shutdown by holding the power button

My version number is 19042.867

This is what happens:
If I normally shut down the PC through the Windows panel, when I turn it on again it lags.
By lagging, I mean that every second, it freezes for a few frames. But not only the screen, audio as well.
The only way for that not to happen is if I hold down the power button on my desktop until it forces shut-down.
I'm pretty newbie at this, so if you need any logs or something like that, just let me know how to get them.

We really appreciate your patience. Let me give you few more troubleshooting steps which might apply to your situation and ascertain the cause of the issue.

• Try removing all the external peripheral devices including all usb drives except keyboard, mouse and monitor and check.
• Try to shut down the computer while forcing the running applications and check the results in the subsequent restart. Follow the below steps.
  

• 
  Press Windows key + X, select
  Command prompt (Admin) to bring up elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  In Command prompt type
  shutdown -s -f and press enter.
  

If it still does not help, try to view the Event IDs in Event Viewer to check for specific events triggering the issue.

To view activities in Windows, I suggest you to open the Event Viewer. To do so, follow the below steps.

• Go to the Control Panel and choose to click on the
  Administrative Tools icon.
• The above action will open up a new window of the Administrative Tools where you will see the
  Event Viewer.
