Windows 10: New PC Lost Login ID

Hello,I purchased a new PC in July. I have only used it several times. I recently tried to log in with the four-digit pin and was unsuccessful numerous times. Now I cannot use it at all. Can you please help me? My PC isn't with me at the present, it's at home. Any information that you can provide would gladly be appreciated.Al Hester

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Can't choose Youtube ID login

Hi!

On my Nokia Lumia with Windows Phone 7.8 I'm having problems with choosing a different ID when I login. I'd rather use my second one, but I cannot because the list is not scrollable. Is this a problem with youtube mobile site, or my old version of Windows
Phone?

Here is a screenshot, you can see the first ID and its cut off radio button suggesting I should be able to scroll a list there:

I suggest you to install any pending updates on the pc to keep the system up to date.

I would also suggest you To Sign out from the current user account, restart the pc and login to the admin account to check if the issue persists. To do so kindly follow the below
given steps:

Disconnecting the account:

• Press Windows key + X and click on
  Control Panel.
• Click on Accounts.
• Click on Sign in with Local account instead.
  
• Provide password and click on Next.
• Provide the details and click on Sign out and Finish.

Sign in with the local account and follow the below given steps.

Reconnect with new Microsoft email id:

• Press Windows key + X and click on
  Control Panel.
• Click on Accounts.
• Click on Sign in with Microsoft account instead.
• Provide New Email id and password that you want to add.
• Provide the details and click on Sign out and Finish.
