[New PC] Multiple critical level and error level issues in the event viewer (drivers) - PC...

    My system: (Brand new):
    Monitor: Acer Nitro XV272UP
Motherboard: Asus TUF x570 plus with Wi Fi updated to newest bios 1.2
    CPU: Ryzen 3700X
GPU: Sapphire Pulse 5700 XT (19.9.2 - Recommended version)
    PSU: Corsair RMx 650 W
    Windows 10 (up to date)

    The Problem:
So this happens completely randomly (mostly while I'm in desktop) my screen goes black and my PC is still running but unresponsive. After like half a minute I can start hearing my clicks or apps but the screen remains black. After the initial black screen everything freezes but after a while the PC resumes (at least the audio and the controls) but the monitor has no signal. This hasn't happened once while I was gaming, only when I'm idle, browsing or watching something. So I went to check with the event viewer and there are multiple critical level and error level issues. I'll list some of them.

    1. "Critical Level. The device HID-compliant headset (location (unknown)) is offline due to a user-mode driver crash. Windows will attempt to restart the device 4 more times. Please contact the device manufacturer for more information about this problem. User-mode Driver problems. Task Category: User-Mode Driver Problems"

    2. Critical Level: ""A problem has occurred with one or more user-mode drivers and the hosting process has been terminated. This may temporarily interrupt your ability to access the devices." - Task Category: User-Mode Driver Problems"

    3. Error Level. "The AMD External Events Utility service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion"

    4. Error Level. "A timeout was reached (45000 milliseconds) while waiting for the AMD External Events Utility service to connect"

    5. Error Level. "Audit events have been dropped by the transport. 0"

    6. Error Level. "Failed with 0x490 modifying AppModel Runtime status for package Microsoft.NET.Native.Framework.1.3_1.3.24211.0_x86__8wekyb3d8bbwe for user FRACTAL\Nino (current status = 0x0, desired status = 0x20)"

7... And there are like 100x of warnings: "An error was detected on device \Device\Harddisk2\DR4 during a paging operation."

    What I've tried:

    1. Updating all drivers to recommended versions (including bios). Had no effect at all.
    2. Stress testing CPU and GPU - everything is fine, the noise and the temps are normal. I used furmark and prime95
    3. Unplugging the HDMI cable and plugging it back in. I want to note that my monitor came with only 1 HDMI cable and my graphics card has only one slot that supports "that" type of a HDMI cable. So basically I couldn't connect anything wrong cause there is only one way of doing it
    4. Turning sleep mode off and on. This had no effect. The PC and the monitor both wake up normally from sleep mode

It's really frustrating that this is happening like 3 days after I've built my PC. I don't even know where to start looking for the cause of this problem. How can I fix my drivers when they are up to date?

Any ideas and suggestions would be appreciated.

    :)

Tons of event viewer errors, warnings and criticals!

Have you actually got troubles with the pc? If not don't you worry about so called critical errors listed in the event viewer. What MS understands as critical error should not be confused with what common sense would understand under that term, the MS definition of a critical error is much broader. Generally if there is no actual problem with the pc it's not worth bothering since I have not seen a single Windows pc that does not show a critical error here and there in the event viewer. The event viewer is a nice tool to troubleshoot but only for that. Checking it without actually having troubles with that specific pc is like running to a doctor and make him conduct countless test only because you might someday get some sort of cancer. If the pc is doing fine don't spoil that positive experience by looking for troubles where there are none. Error in Event Viewer

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

As you have mentioned, you have performed a repair installation on the computer and you see Event 508, 510 and 533 in Event Viewer.

I would like to inform that if you see any critical error in Event Viewer, please share the event logs with us to help you with the appropriate troubleshooting steps. Please follow the steps mentioned below to share the event logs:

    1. Press Windows + X from the keyboard, select
      Event Viewer.
    2. Expand Windows Logs from the left pane and select
      Applications.
    3. Click Filter Current Log from extreme right pane. Then in the new windows check the box beside
      Error and click OK.
    4. Now, look for a critical Error in the list and note down the message/information from the
General Tab in the lower section.

Please reply with the status of the issue, we will be glad to help you further.

    Regards,

Tons of event viewer errors, warnings and criticals!

It does freeze for a second or 2 once in a while or take longer to open a file or folder which bothers me a lot because I bought a new PC to have an optimal one. I bought a new hard drive a month ago because the old one was damaged and was slowing my system immensely I didn't re-install windows I used a software to copy the windows from the old HD to the new one, do you think
that something might have gone wrong with the moving of the OS? and do you think a complete proper re-installation of the OS would fix this? Thanks a lot!
