Windows 10: New PC not showing up during the Windows activation troubleshooter

My old PC has Windows 10 Home, which I bought from a Microsoft store. I recently upgraded my PC, and have a fresh Windows install. I logged into my Microsoft account on the new PC, same one as the one in my old PC where Windows is activated. When I go into Update and Security and then Activation, I get error 0xC004F213 which is the no Windows Key activated. When I click Troubleshoot and then "I changed devices recently" I am shown the Reactivate Windows menu but only my old PC shows up and not the new one. I followed every single troubleshooting steps in the support page and have made various

Troubleshooting is not showing my new PC

Hello. I just recently changed hardware and wanted to reactivate windows on my new PC, but when i go to the troubleshooting setting, the PC i am trying to activate isn’t showing up. I am signed into my microsoft account on both PCs, but only the activated
one shows up.

 

Windows Updated(16299.309).KB4088776 Restart is required to complete.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

I followed every single troubleshooting steps in the support page and have made various support tickets but I never get a call back and the ticket is just marked as Agent Issued and Problem Solved...

If I go into my account settings on Microsoft.com and open up devices, I can see both PC's, the old one AND the new one but the new one doesn't show up in the troubleshooting page.
