Windows 10: New Pc recognizes my headset is connected, and picks up my voice, but does not provide...

Hey, I’ve recently build a new pc and im pretty sure everything should be fine, but for some reason when i try connecting anytype of bluetooth or usb audio device it wont work well. Ive made sure that the aud Input and output on the system settings is set for the device i want to use but it only picks up my voice and doesn’t put out any game audio or even testing audio. Ive updated drivers and everything i can think of but im giving up hope, and thinking about tearing it down and just returning all the parts. the only way audio work is if i use a cable to connect to my xbox controller and then

Headset Mic not picking up on pc

I have an hp all-in-one desktop pc. My pc only picks up the built in microphone and not the microphone from my headset. The pc has one 3.5mm port and the picture that is above it is of a mic/headset combo. However, when I plug in my headset the pc only recognizes
the already built in mic. Sound comes out from the headset but my voice is getting picked up by the built in pc microphone. My headset microphone does not show up in "Recording Devices" even when "Show Disabled" is checked. I have updated my drivers and many
other things, but I just can't get this to work. How can I get my microphone to work on my pc? Do I need some kind of adapter? Any kind of help is appreciated.

• Is this the first time you're trying to install or connect your USB headset to your computer?
• Have you tried connecting it to a different USB port on your computer?
• When you connected your headset, did the PC recognize it?

Headset, Microphone not picking up my voice however the earphones are?

When trying to use my headset to record screen editing the microphone was only picking up the lowest muffle of my voice, after trying everything and selecting my speakers to play anything going through the headset, I held the headset infrom
of my face and I could hear clearly but the earphones part is whats relaying my voice not the mic? how do i fix this I cannot just hold the earphones infromt of me
