Windows 10: New PC: Sometimes Windows takes too long to restart. Other times after restart Windows/BIOS...

Title. The PC runs fine, the only thing I've done in BIOS is use XMP to OC the RAM to 3600 (recommended speed). I haven't updated BIOS (I'm afraid to) and one time I had to unplug and plug back in my keyboard to use the Windows key. These issues are minor but worrying since this is a brand new build. The fans and LED lights are running but the monitors go into standby mode.

EVGA XC Ultra Gaming RTX 2070 Super

R7 3700X

Gigabyte Aorus Elite (WIFI)

Corsair Vengeance 16 GB 3600

Corsair RMx 750W 80+ Gold Certified PSU

Not sure if this is a MOBO or a Windows issue but I figured I'd try and ask here.

Windows 10 takes too long to shutdown/restart/hibernate

Hi the problem of my windows 10 PC is when its restart it takes too long after I update to version 1511. The shutdown process was ok but the restart process takes too much time. What should I do?

Often, XMP or the motherboard won't supply enough voltage to the RAM (sometimes, but not as often too much). With XMP enabled, go back into your bios and see what the RAM voltage is actually reading. If your don't have that reading in the bios try a program like Everest or some other utility. If it's too low, raise the voltage (small steps) until at the proper voltage.
