Windows 10: New PC videos lagging/freezing only when tabbed out.

Got a new PC yesterday, quite high end specs so it wont be a not enough power issue. But every time i am playing a video on ANY browser, be it youtube or twitch or whatever and then i tab in to a game it starts to stutter/freeze/buffer. This happens with hardware acceleration both turned on and off. Happens with all games and they are all fullscreen windowed. Never had this issue on my old PC and my internet connection is strong and stable. Any help?

Video and audio lagging on Windows 10

I have tried every step that you suggested with no good results. I have a TOSHIBA SATELLITE L675D-S7049..

The exact problem is the video and the sound lags and makes a buzzing sound . it does it on all videos and sound. even on iTUNES

 

Pc freeze when listen music or watch video while gaming

I just bought a new computer and i am facing a big issue,

usually i watch videos or listen music while gaming, but when i do it now it causes pc to freeze,

like there is no problem when i watch only videos or listen music, but when im in game tab videos lags and musics causes pc to freeze and lyrics stucks, when i pause the music there is no problem

first i install windows 10 and i thought that cause the problem and i upgraded my system to windows 11, but still the same

 

When playing downloaded videos on laptop, it lags.

To assist you better, I suggest you to answer the below questions.

• What is the make and model of your PC?
• From where did you update the display adapter?
• Did you check playing in Windows media player?
• Which file format are you trying to play?
• Is the issue specific to the Video or all the videos?
