  2. Laggy Maximising Animations For Many Apps

    Hey!

Thanks for replying. I have ran the command you suggested and I can defintiely see some improvement. The system detected some correupted files and fixed them. I then restarted the PC and now the animations are running quite well. However, this only lasts
until there is little or no load on the PC. If I open any more demanding program like Google Chrome, the animations are laggy (only for the modern apps, once again). If I close the demanding programs the animations are smooth again. Any ideas why this is happening?

    Slow/laggy Windows 10 animations

    Hello,

I have a new 10" tablet (1920x1080) with a x5-z8300 CPU and the following problem, that all Windows 10 animations like switching windows, opening apps, swiping around the task bar and so on are "laggy" or frames are being dropped. Newest HD drivers are being installed (4425), the problem also existed with the previous driver which came with Windows 10, also Windows 10 is freshly installed.

I also own a 8" tablet, a Dell Venue 8 Pro with z3740 CPU and all animations are silky smooth.

Would be nice if someone can help me out with identifying whats the problem.

Laggy Maximising Animations For Many Apps

    Hey!

Thanks for the quick reply. I used the troubleshooter and the problem is definitely smaller now. Some of the apps that had laggy animations are working fairly smoothly (though recently some started lagging again, I am not sure why) but there are still at
least a few programs that do lag quite a bit while maximising or minimising. So we can't really consider this issue resolved. Any other suggestions?
