Windows 10: New PC wont accept windows "does not meet system requirements"

PC's not meeting system requirements for Windows 11

I have several PC's currently running Windows 10 but none meet the system requirements for Windows 11.

If I have the motherboard as well as the CPU on each PC upgraded and the system requirements met, would the new operating system still be activated or will I have to buy fresh licenses for each PC?

Currently, on two of my PC's, I have the OEM version of Windows 10 and on the other PC's, I have the retail version of Windows 10.

Microsoft to activate due to hardware changes.

If you are not changing the hard disk or ssd but change the motherboard you will see hardware change detected message in activate section you can activate from there by singin in without buying new key . the windows key will be connected to the motherboard but for one upgrarde you can activate it without new key .
