Windows 10: New PC won't connect to internet

I recently got a new computer, and while setting it up I was unable to connect to my home networks. I'm not very tech savvy so I'm really not sure what I should do. I connected it to my phone hotspot and that's been working temporarily but I of course don't want to do this long term. Every other device, including my brothers PC, can connect to the wifi fine. I've tried 5g and 2g, neither connect. I type in the password and it says unsuccessful. So it can connect to the internet, my hotspot, and the wifi isn't being weird or broken because every other device can connect, so I don't know what th

pc won`t update

I`ve been trying to solve this problem for 3 months to no avail.

PLEASE HELP!!!

EVERY time the computer check new updates, the following message appears:

We couldn't connect to the update service. We'll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn't work, make sure you're connected to the Internet.

My PC is connected to the internet, so this could not be the problem.

you`ve only directed me to a window link, which I don`T really understand.

Could ANYONE PLEASE send me a simple answer how I can solve this problem step by step???????

6020 won`t connect through Irda

The problem was with my Irda adapter. I got a new one and I am able to connect with Nokia 6020. But still I can`t connect with Nokia 6600. I`ve tried to set different connection speeds but still nothing. The PCSuite finds that there is a Nokia 6600 present
but it won`t connect with it. Any ideas of how to solve it?
